BODYWEIGHT KICKSTART have combined both the training with the nutrition is this version of the 12 week diet program. The program has showed that you lose 2 pounds a week in average with the program. Now also added exercises with mini band, body weight and gym exercises. +400 exercises and +300 recipes. The app also include free program as flexibility, walk challenges, and much more. Added to the 12 week program is also a 4 and a 8 week program.
